I have worked in this field now for over 20 years but personally I bring a lifetime of my experiences with me. I am no stranger to Mental Health or Substance Use and how it can impact lives. We are all shaped by our own experiences, and I truly believe that if someone wants to make a change, they can. The most rewarding part of my week is when I can see someone smile again. I like to celebrate a smile because it means something good is happening. Milford Counseling is a great place to work because of their mission. I believe in this mission, and I see positive change and smiles here each day.
