Frequently Asked Questions

  • Individual sessions are typically one hour.

  • That is decided after your intake when you and your therapist establish a treatment plan

  • We are able to notify your PO as long as we have a release on file.

  • Though we will not know until your insurance is verified, we encourage anybody with BCN to proactively acquire a referral from your PCP to expedite our ability to get you started with our services. 

  • Every client has a urinalysis completed at their intake appointment for diagnostic purposes. Anybody coming to us for SUD is required to test a MINIMUM of monthly. 

  • We provide evidence-based treatment for Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples, and Families.

  • We do have providers that offer telehealth appointments.

  • We are able to offer payment plans.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation. A late cancellation fee is typically $90.

  • We require a credit or debit card on file as we are contactless pay only.
