I genuinely believe in helping my clients realize that overcoming their challenges is definitely achievable! I love empowering them to recognize their worth and value in their healing journey. To me, it’s all about positive reinforcement as you take steps towards success. I’m here to provide guidance and support as you heal from your struggles. I firmly believe that everyone should learn to be their own cheerleader so they can lead a better life and move forward from tough experiences. Before joining Milford Counseling, I had experience in ABA therapy. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in children and youth mental health. My personal experiences have fueled my passion for helping others. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog Daisy, gardening, and spending quality time with my family.
